Upon customer request, we provide reports on the materials used to manufacture your parts. Indicate in detail the material calorific value, material grade, material size, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, etc.
Take the raw material testing method of the following product as an example. Different products have different raw material testing requirements:
1. Receive raw materials. Sampling inspection is to conduct sampling inspection after receiving raw materials to visually check whether there are any problems with the appearance, quantity, and specifications of the materials. There is no damage to the surface and the packaging is intact. Quantities and specifications are subject to the delivery note of the purchase order. Say no if there is a problem.
2. Incoming inspection. Sampling inspection visually inspects the appearance of the material, the performance of the material components, and the size of the material. The samples are then oxidized to meet the customer’s appearance requirements after oxidation. Use calipers to check whether the size of the incoming material meets the drawing requirements. Issue an incoming material inspection report.
3. Raw material storage. Before warehousing, visually inspect the appearance and packaging of raw materials, and check whether there are any problems with material markings. If there are no problems, it can be put into storage.

After the CNC program is completed, the operator will perform a self-check on the machine to ensure that it is correct before proceeding to the next program or disembarking the machine to control the quality of each process.

In precision CNC machining, inspection personnel conduct random inspections of semi-finished products being processed every two hours to once again ensure the product’s qualification rate. If any non-conformity issues are found, they should be noted promptly and the relevant responsible persons should be notified to deal with them. According to different problems, corresponding measures are taken, including shutdown and rectification, rework, equipment adjustment, etc.

Some CNC machined parts have very high requirements on appearance. We will conduct an appearance inspection to detect whether there are problems such as yin and yang, color difference, burrs, unevenness, etc. after the appearance is oxidized, and record and analyze it. If it is a structural part, the inspection is different.
Full Size Inspection Report
For all parts ordered we can provide full size inspection reports upon request. The report will include the following: part quantity, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thickness and depth, part appearance, etc. Inspection results for each part are recorded and classified for scrap or rework. Everything is based on customer drawings and size requirements.

Parts of different shapes, sizes, weights, and materials require different packaging methods to ensure that the parts are not damaged during transportation and are delivered to customers with zero defects. Commonly used packaging methods include wrapping in pearl cotton or white paper, placing in bubble bags, PE bags, blister boxes, blister trays, etc. We can also customize packaging on demand.

When choosing a transportation method, you should consider factors such as the weight, size, quantity, and transportation distance of the parts, and choose the most economical, safe, and fastest method for transportation. At the same time, parts need to be inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure their quality and integrity.

After each process is completed, we must confirm whether the product or part meets the customer’s design and usage requirements. Check whether the surface quality of the parts is smooth, whether there are scratches, burrs, dents, dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy, position accuracy, surface roughness, logos and marks, and color.
We use vernier calipers, micro calipers, and height gauges to check CNC machined part dimensions. Dimensional inspection is a critical step in ensuring part quality and accuracy. For parts with complex and high precision requirements, we also use coordinate measuring machines to accurately measure their dimensions.
For parts with threads or threaded holes, we will use pass and stop gauges to detect the threads and the size, shape and surface roughness of the threads to ensure that the thread assembly of CNC machined parts meets customer requirements.
If you have requirements for the surface wear resistance of parts, we can conduct film thickness testing according to your requirements and issue a test report to improve the quality, performance and life of the parts.

After completing CNC machining, we will provide the final inspection report to the customer. All reports are archived and kept for two years, such as first article inspection, process inspection, and shipping inspection. From raw materials, CNC processing to shipment, we have dedicated personnel to follow up and share progress in real time.
Before processing, we can provide ROHS reports according to customer requirements to verify the quality, performance, composition, and structure of the materials to ensure that customers are using real raw materials.
